Conference and Meeting Rooms
Conference/meeting rooms are available to be booked by students, faculty, and staff. To book a room, email email@example.com or call the Dean’s Office at 306-966-5273 with the purpose of the meeting, date, time, number of people attending and your NSID. Please submit booking requests at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
To book a projector or other multimedia in a room that is not equipped, contact your department administrative staff to place a booking through eMAP at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
Classrooms and theatres can be booked by contacting your department administrative staff at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
Additional bookable resources are available to faculty and staff. To book a resource, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Dean’s Office at 306-966-5273. Please allow at least 48 hours advance notice for all bookings.
Multimedia carts and other classroom resources are available to be booked through eMAP.
KEY REQUESTS can be placed by completing a Key Request Form (available for download here) and submitting the completed form to your department administrative staff. Please request keys as early as possible to allow processing time at the Key Shop.
- NOTE: By signing the Key Request Form, you acknowledge that the keys are the property of the University of Saskatchewan, that the keys will not be loaned out to anyone or copied, and that you will arrange in advance to return the keys before leaving the college.
KEY PICKUP is available weekdays between 3:00pm and 4:00pm only in room 1B97.3. You will receive an email from the College Resource Officer when your keys are available for pickup.
KEY RETURN is available by emailing email@example.com to arrange a time (Subject line: Key Return). Key returns will not be accepted during key pickup time (i.e. weekdays between 3:00pm and 4:00pm).
Telephone & Voicemail
To set up or deactivate a line, change telephone sets and programming, or create a voicemail account, contact the College Resource Officer (firstname.lastname@example.org). For assistance with voicemail, see the ICT Voicemail Guide.
Shipping & Receiving
Courier freight is delivered to room 1B97.3 and consignees receive delivery notification via email. Parcels may be picked up in room 1B97.3 or, upon request, delivered to the consignee's departmental mail area between 2:00 - 3:00 pm daily. Freight addressed to the College of Engineering must be marked with your full name and department.
