Dylan Bauman
Co-President of Administration

In charge of external communication, representation and marketing for the group. Will also be responsible for acquiring sponsorships or other means of funding for the group and also working closely with the VP of Marketing to plan and follow a marketing plan for sponsors. Works in conjunction with the other executives to resolve administrative-related problems or concerns. Has the authority to delegate tasks to other executives as needed to ensure smooth operations of the group. Has co-signing authority over finances. Dylan Bauman is a 4th-year civil engineering student and was previously the marking lead on the 2021-2022 USBT team. Dylan is also the president of the CSCE Saskatoon Student Chapter.

Josh Blondeau
Co-President of Design and Planning

In charge of planning and administrating the engineering design process and production of the competition bridge in conjunction with the sub-team leads. Will work closely with sub-team leads to ensure relevant tasks are being delegated, issues are being resolved and deadlines are being met. Will also be responsible for preparing and delivering technical presentations to team leads and their members in order to communicate how the design and fabrication process is to be followed. Will have the authority to delegate tasks to other executives as needed. Has co-signing authority over team finances. Josh is a 4th year Civil Engineering student at the University of Saskatchewan and was previously the production lead on the 2021-2022 USBT team.

David Avram
V.P. of Finance

In charge of maintaining the group treasury. Will be responsible for creating invoices, maintaining an up-to-date balance sheet, communicating with the bank and communicating financial concerns to the executive as they arise. Will also be responsible for presenting the group's balance sheet at bi-weekly executive meetings as well as ensuring sponsored finances are accounted for.

V.P. of Marketing

Will work closely with the Co-President to design and implement the marketing plan for sponsors. Will be in charge of maintaining social media accounts and marketing on social media. Will also be responsible for external marketing (group expos, posters,). Other responsibilities include T-Shirt design, sponsor banner design and wall poster design. Will work with the overseeing Co-President to plan team events. Abby is a 3rd year Civil Engineering student at the University of Saskatchewan.


Competition Manager

Will lead the planning and deliverables surrounding the team's participation in the steel bridge competition. Will work will both Co-Presidents on with leading one or more presentations to make sure other members are knowledgeable of how the competition works and what rules to follow. Coordinates with Productions Lead for assembly and presentation practice before competition.

Ashlyn Elmer
Administrative Manager

Will serve as a communication branch between executive members. Maintains the running agenda and takes meeting minutes and should be in charge of ensuring action items are being worked on. Will communicate concerns to the executive and ensure communication is being maintained in the group. Will also lead in the organizational upkeep of the group's onedrive and email. Ashlyn is a 3rd year Civil Engineering student at the University of Saskatchewan.

Vishal CSekar
Design Lead

Will lead the engineering design process, specific to the steel bridge competition. Will work closely with overseeing Co-President to ensure relevant tasks are being understood, issues are communicated and deadlines are being met. Will also be assisting the Co-President of Design in preparing and delivering technical presentations. Will lead and educate team members on how the design process is to be followed. Vishal is a 3rd-year civil engineering student and also a drafting technician.

Production Lead

Will lead the orientations and shop works, specific to the steel bridge competition. Will work with overseeing Co-President and school supervisors to ensure relevant training and safety is acquired for lab use and safety concerns and incidents are communicated. Will also be assisting the Design Lead Will lead and educate team members on how the fabrication process is to be followed. Lucas is a 3rd-year civil engineering student at the University of Saskatchewan.
