Huskie Formula Racing students relish in stellar performance in U.S.
The Huskie Formula Racing team is comprised of students across various disciplines working to conceive, design and fabricate an open-wheeled formula-style race car to compete in the Formula SAE (FSAE) student design competition.
The team competed at a Formula SAE event in Lincoln, Neb. last month and nabbed second place in their sales presentation. “We’re competing at the top level of the world for our kind of competition,” team member Mitchel Knaus told the Saskatoon StarPhoenix. “There was a hundred gas combustion teams at Lincoln—the top hundred in the world—and we were one of them, so that’s pretty exciting."… for the complete article, please visit: https://news.usask.ca/articles/general/2017/all-revved-up.php
