Students from chemical and mechanical engineering disciplines will display capstone projects

Capstone design expos showcase student innovation

Students from the mechanical and chemical engineering disciplines are hosting design expos

What is a capstone design project?

Capstone design projects are undertaken in a final design course, which students take as they near completion of their engineering degrees. Advanced principles of design are learned by application to a specific engineering problem. Projects normally involve interaction with industrial sponsors who act as clients. Students work in groups to find solutions for their clients.
